The Patty: This is the heart of the burger. For meat lovers, a high-quality beef patty with a bit of fat is essential for juiciness. However, with changing diets, Vegetarian and Vegan burgers (made from soy, black beans, or mushrooms) have become incredibly popular and taste almost like the real thing.
The Cheese: A burger with cheese is called a Cheeseburger. Popular choices include Cheddar, Swiss, or American cheese, which are melted directly onto the patty while it’s still on the grill.
The Crunch: Fresh vegetables like crisp lettuce, red onions, and pickles provide a necessary contrast to the soft meat and bread.
